Depends on what you are trying to do? Is this a membership site,blogging site, LMS, or something different. I would be careful giving to much control to end users. You can use plugins like members to control the access of users. You might want to consider creating a custom post type and given access to users but keeping the post and pages types locked down. If you want answer you should give a very detailed description of the problem. Your question is way to vague to answer.

It’s easy,

I just want give the capability to the subcriber in front end, to make text in color and upload pictures.

It was working ?

I did make some changes

Now it did stop to work.

So i try to make it again work

There should be a simple code that what i search

Subscribers should can

You should consider making a plugin then make the changes in the plugin. If you’re working with the theme you should be using a child theme. If your theme gets updated all your changes will be lost. If possible try finding a plugin to control access. It’s not really a good practice to give subscribers to much authority. There are plugins that will let you modify the authority of different users and even add new levels of authorization to your site. Hopeful you are not trying to modify WordPress core. If so you probably will need to do a reinstall.

No i did not try there in core to modify something,
User can blog already the issue is

For subscribers
With the text in color and upload pictures
Normal text without color work

Admin can, only not subscriber
