Text color of main menu

I Read all the issues above: Did not resolve my issue.
So I am writing mine:

Can you help me with the change of the color of the text of the top most menu(and main menu color), instead of grey being White or something. My website can be seen at podcast.dentabroad.com

i want to keep the color of the header the way it is, so the menu color being grey is not really visible clearly.
