Text Box input not possible

I had left a ticket on your site which never got answered unfortunately. I’m running into an issue where in a quiz on our course site, people cannot input text in a Fillblank type question. I have not found a way to get around this problem as the page they appear on remains static “/course-status” and it pulls content from different pages. Exluding these pages in the custom settings doesnt change it.
