text box

For some reason I can’t get any of the text box plug-ins to work properly so I’m trying to use the standard quote box that comes with WP. Unfortunately, the beginning quote mark is backward so I need to change that (otherwise, I think it might work for this client). Can someone tell me how to make the open quote mark correct? The website is https://www.criglobal.com/testimonials. You’ll also see the first quote box is different since I tried someone else’s quick and easy quote box but it’s not quite as nice as we would like. Here’s the current coding:
