Text Block Errors with 3.9

  • I have just updated to version 3.9 and it has totally screwed the “text block” up. I used to have text blocks with all the tools at the top. They have now disappeared. Can someone please tell me how to get them back?
    I know I am going to get asked, “are you using a theme?”. Yes I am using a theme but have done many WP updates without any problems before this. It is only with this update that a fault, to my knowledge, has occurred.

    I would add images to show what I mean but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere were I can??

  • I have the exact same problem with WP 3.9 and enfold theme.

    Were you able to fix it?

    Hi, No, not yet. However, the person who design my theme said he is aware of the problem and is fixing it.

    I read on another post that if you disable all your plugins and the reactivate them it may solve the problem, howver it didnt with me.
