Text between categories

The link above is the link to my woocommerce shop page. I would like to place a header text above all the categories and the after the 8th category, I’d like to place another text there. Is that possible? I’ve tried using shortcodes and I have the category IDs but no matter how I adjust the shortcodes I can’t get it to do what I want. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
