Text balloon over plugins

  • Hi all,

    I have upgraded my WPto 2.6.1. I now have a balloon over plugins with a “1” in it. I understand from another post that this indicates that one of my plugins has an update available. The problem is I dont know which one.

    When I review my plugins, “Currently Active Plugins” and “Inactive Plugins” they all look totally normal. There is nothing to tell me which plugin has the update.

    Am I missing something ? How do I determeine which plugin has the update ?

    forgive my last post. I have just spotted the text “There is a new version of Akismet available. Download version 2.1.8 here or upgrade automatically.”

    I get it now, sorry for being such a dufus
