• Hey there! We use this plugin alongside TM Extra Product Options and we offer a Text Area for custom information from the customer. If the customer enters text as, for example:

    Happy Engagement
    Love from Mum
    xoxo

    It appears on the invoice as ‘Happy Engagement Love From Mum xoxo’ and doesn’t take into account line breaks.

    Is there anyway to fix this so we can see exactly how it was entered by the customer? Information appears correct inside the Woocommerce backend order, but doesn’t translate correctly across to the invoice.

    Thanks so much for the reply. There’s a lot of global settings for this plugin – is there something in particular I should look for for the configuration? I’m not quite sure what you need!

    Hi @giftsociety,

    When testing this with a custom text area from the TM Extra Product Options plugin all line breaks in the invoice are preserved. So I’m unable to reproduce the issue. Are you using the latest version of our plugin (2.9.3)? Or are you using a custom template or a custom code snippet to add the text area to your invoice?
