    I am having a problem that any ‘Text area’ field info is not being sent to the cart or checkout. I have had to delete the ‘Text area’ fields and replace with the ‘Text’ field instead which works fine but is not ideal. Can you please help?

  • I’m having the same issue as of a couple weeks ago. I have a text field for Special Instructions on my product page. After entering some text and adding the product to my cart, the field does not appear in the cart. This was working right up until a couple weeks ago, so I don’t know if an update occurred that broke it. Working with verion 1.3.5.
    Was there a fix to the original problem here by ShedBoy_1357?
    If not, would it be possible to roll by my version to before the last update?
