text and images don’t show up when sending emails

  • Hello,

    I’m trying to send e-mails to my mailing list not as plain text but using the HTML box above it; a beginner here by the way.!

    I want to send an e-mail with a layout I have previously created in word so I paste in a word doc using the appropriate function…it pastes in alright but nothing shows up when the e-mail is opened up by a recipient. Also would like to put images in the e-mail but have no idea how to get embedded pics/media..where from and how?etc..

    Any help/advice much appreciated.
