Text and images disappear, fixed when cache deleted, how to I prevent?

    I have had the same issue on several websites, where text and images disappear, but can be fixed when I deleted the cache, so I’m assuming it’s an issue with how I’ve set up the plugin?

    Is there a way to prevent it?
