text alignment in rright to left languages like Persian / Farsi and Arabic

Dear All
I am new to Blog and it’s difficulties! I just set up a page at the following address (https://www.easypersian.com/seed/)
Here are the problems I am struggling with so far:
1- I want to right align the text in my blog. But, I do not seem to find anything in available tags.
2- When I use exclamation mark (!) or full stop (.) at the end of my Persian sentences, they appear at the beginning of the sentences instead of the end!!
I will appreciate any help. Please make your help simple for I do not know anything about CSS, or Blabla things! They are just far over my small head!
