Text “Additional information” still showing when disabling all fields

    Hi,
    Great plugin (using the latest version) and works like a charm. However I still see the text “Additional information” showing up on the right side when checking out with digital goods.
    Normally in this column there would be the shipping information + customer note field.
    It doesn’t influence functionality but it just looks odd.

    What can be going on here?

    Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately some plugins conflict with each other, therefore we want you to test if your problem still exists in a controlled environment. Follow Below step

    1) Deactivate all plugins.

    2) Switch to an unaltered default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen.

    3) Does the issue remain?

    If yes, the issue is not caused by our plugin.

    If not, continue.

    4) Activate only WooCommerce and WooCommerce Checkout For Digital Goods Plugins. Does the issue remain?

    If yes, the issue is caused by our plugin.

    If not, That means conflict with another plugin so you can check one by one which plugin is conflict.
