Text above navigation menu

I’m looking for a way to get text above my navigation menu, a phone number to be specific. you can see there is a large white space above the nav menu and to the right of the logo, that’s where i want it. the website is https://www.tensacc.com/wordpress.

Any ideas? my first website. and im not afraid of css ??
