Okay, so you asked for feedback and I am going to be straight. I do this because I would want the same for my website. It looks old school and spammy. There are a million of these out on the that look just like this. People like new looks and designs for websites. Adding a newer web 2.0 look would be beneficial to a lower bounce rate.
