Tests ok but no emails sent

Hi, did you check the spam folder? Sometimes e-mails land in the spam folder instead of the inbox.

LiquidWeb – I spoke with them but didn’t find the issue. They now think I need to speak with Gsuite to confirm their up is whitelisted. How can this be the issue if test emails come through though?

Also all other email types are being sent- order confirmation etc
