Testominial Slider Issue

    I successfully added a testimonial slider, but after some time, the slider stopped working. All testimonials are displayed instead. I deactivated the plugin and activated it, deactivated other plugins that I added afterwards, but to no avail. Can you help?

    Hi darryllouis245,

    Actually there is an error in the section before testimonial causing the above mentioned issue. There are some changes in particles extension, can you provide screenshot for your particles option from section settings Style>Particles-Royal Addons ?

    It seems this section no longer shows anything on elementor. When I click on Particles option, nothing shows up. I tried deactivating the particles module but still nothing.

    Hi,

    Nick is here from DEV team, I have made a similar case and the testimonial carousel works fine, this is not particles related issue, you have SSL related issue on your site and that’s why this happening, you have a lot of JS errors on your pages as well. Any way we can help you to solve this:

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
