Testing version 2

I tried out some stuff with version 2. As far as I can tell, emails are only sent when then admin provides feedbackk.

Thought everything was working smoothly, customized some texts and stuff. But I found out now that if another user provides feedback, no emails are sent. Not to me/admin and not to the user.

I do like the new flow, but I don’t want an email sent to the user. Couldn’t really figure out how to customize that.

But long story short: it doesn’t work…
