testing version 2

  • Thank you very much for all your work in developing this plugin. Because the screenshot taking was not working well for me (maybe because of my theme some CSS elements came up distorted on the picture), I downloaded and tested version 2. However there is a bug: after sending the feedback, it shows an error saying that was a problem sending the message BUT my developer does receive the email.

    Sorry for taking so long to reply. We’ll try to look into this as soon as possible.

    In the meantime, how would you rate the new user flow in version 2? Is it better or worse than the previous version?

    Why you change the old user flow?

    Now we can not to know where is the issue. If we have a long post, is complicate to find the error maybe.

    We do use wordpress for education, so if we have speling mistakes, we need feedback about that, or about wich sentence to change… Before, you pointed the mistake with the screenshot, now just a text box.

    Also more flexibility with the label, to have the FEEDBACK buttom just in one place, makes complicate to use it in some situations (cookies law plugin integration, some themes..)

    Take a look the admin panel, some features are good for your plugin too.

    Multisite support would be great too, so we can do the settings from one place for all the subsites.

    Right now you can drag the blue “bubble” as we call it and drop it to the position where the mistake is. It’s something we wanted to try out to see how it works.

    We’ll definitely consider your feedback for this new version.
