    HI

I am testing your plugin and when I enable it, it doesn’t show the store on the https://domain.com.au/shop BUT on other pages where shop/product pages are https://domain.com.au/category/shirts you can still see all the products etc.

How can I have it disabled FOR ALL Shop/product pages ?

Also what additional features does the Pro version give you ?
I have a client who needs ALL shop pages and ALL product pages NOT shown to public at all when I use your plugin.

Can I also set it to be viewable for ONLY MEMBERS ONLY called “MEMBERSHIP 2021” ?

I am using a third party plugin for Membership (I have tried 2 different ones) and your plugin is NOT working fully when using these, meaning still viewable for Members when SHOP is meant to be closed for everyone entirely.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Thanks
    Kristin

    HI

Yes I have read your FAQ questions.

If I pay for the Paid Plugin, what is the turnaround time for support questions and answers out of curiosity ?

You mention the free one is unmanned so support could be weeks. So was curious how quick support is for the Paid version.

Your questions on your website was – What does “Disable Purchase” checkbox do?

Enabling this option will disable eCommerce functionality and takes out the cart, checkout process and add to cart buttons with disabling purchases for all users whether they’re logged in or not.

My question was: When your plugin is enabled, the products don’t show the store on the https://domain.com.au/shop BUT on other pages where shop/product pages are https://domain.com.au/category/shirts you can still see all the products etc.

Can we just DISABLE ALL functions for “SHOP CLOSED” to show NO PRODUCTS, CART, CHECKOUT etc (AND whether logged in OR logged out) want it all disabled and saying “SHOP CLOSED”

Is this possible in the paid plugin ?

    Thanks
    Kristin

Hi, I still stuck on my questions above, as to HOW to get the store to close completely for ALL users so no-one sees any products at all.

    Can anyone help possibly ?

Does the paid plugin achieve this ?
What is the suppport turnaround on the paid plugin ?

    Thanks

No, the extension doesn’t remove nor alter anything in your store. The only thing that this extension does is to mark all your products as non-purchasable based on the date range that you defined under the plugin’s Settings page.

    HI,

Do you have a paid plugin that offers this feature ?

I need this option for a client project and somehow need to achieve it.

    Regards

    Hello Kristin,

Sadly, the extension has no feature out of the box for this purpose but would be happy to review your requirement and extend the plugin’s functionality based on your need as custom work.

Please get in touch with me here with your inquiry to get a custom quote for your request.
