    Hi @aiyana22

Once your payment gateway is set into sandbox mode, you will need to checkout by choosing a membership level that isn’t a free level within your site.

Please ensure that you have a level available for purchase. You may check your level settings to ensure the “Allow New Signups” option is enabled so that you may select this level and purchase it as a test.

If this option is set to “No”, this will be hidden from the frontend of your site and prevent you from purchasing it if navigating to the direct checkout URL for that particular level.

Thank you Andrew, I’ve checked you recommendations:
    – I have 3 (paid) levels available for purchase.
    – All 3 levels have ‘yes’ for available for purchase.

Should I be purchasing in the front end or back end? (I’ve been looking in both!)

I have a test user that purchased externally via my funnel. I set up a password for this test user. Inside the test user portal, on a course page that wasn’t purchased, I can see the following info:
    – not enrolled
    – course price ($37)
    – on the module tiles, ‘not enrolled’
However, there is not button for purchasing this course (internally).

In the backend, PM Pro > Settings > Memberships Levels, I can see:
    – id, (course) name, billing details, expiration, allow signups
However, no option for test purchases…

I also cannot see where to set PM Pro to generic testing mode (as another option??)

    Thanks again

You should be able to purchase this on the frontend of the site as if you were a customer and you won’t be charged while doing Sandbox.

How are you linking up your membership levels to your courses? What plugin are you using to achieve this as it requires an Add On to add course functionality such as the Courses for Membership Add On (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/pmpro-courses-lms-integration/) or another solution?

    Thanks Andrew

Definitely no purchase button showing on the frontend. I presume it should be under Get Started. (Current Status: Not Enrolled; Price: (showing correctly); Get Started: is blank…) with course modules showing ‘Not Available’.

I just added the membership levels to PM Pro > Settings (Each course is a level with a one-off payment). I don’t think I have an addon to link the membership level to the course… however the corresponding courses were added when I edited the membership level, under Learndash (that’s between Other Settings and Content Settings)… so as far as I can see, the levels and the corresponding courses are linked…?

Thank you for your patience, please reach out to LearnDash support to assist you with this further.

By default an Add On is required to add courses to a membership level. This sounds like it could be the LearnDash Paid Memberships Pro Integration.
