Testing hangs, never completes

I just installed the plugin, cleared the cache and started our first test, got the results in minute or so. That’s it after the first test I never got results, every time I initiate the test it hangs and I’ll have to click close to stop the test, some times I get results some times not.

Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated, or if its a known bug please let me know so that I can delete this plugin.
