Testing email delivery is not working

    I Have integrated this plugin with website [ redundant link removed ] but the testing email delivery in which Waiting for test email to arrive on destination server is not working and thats why i think admin didnt get the notification about the new subscriber on the website. please ceck the issue and give the solution why it is happening.Admin didnt receive thenotification.

    Hi Meghna,

    We have checked this on our end but couldn’t replicate the issue.

    We suspect that it might have happened due to the test email not being sent from your website and thus couldn’t be received on our server. But we need to confirm the exact issue first.

    In the onboarding, you must have entered your emails. Have you received test email on your these email address? You can also try resending the test email from Email Subscribers –> Settings –> Email Sending.

    If you aren’t able to receive the test email then it might be possible your website isn’t able to send emails. You can further confirm it by testing other kinds of WordPress emails like account creation emails, password reset emails etc. Please check if they are working or not.

    You can contact your hosting provider if the issue is with the sending of emails. Also, you can try other mailers from Email Subscribers –> Settings –> Email Sending to see if it resolves the issue for you.

    still the problem is there all other mails are coming but the test mail of emailsubscriber is not working . I check with ur solution but nothing happen
