Testing before integration

1. We don’t have any column name on the CSV. It seems that that the first line is defined by the plugin as column name. How can we bypass this issue ?
2. We have 2 characters as delimiters in our source file. We need to reference- ;!
Can you give us any advice on how we can implement this with wp all import ?
3. It seems that the number of columns is limited to 20. Is there a way to increase this limit ?
