[testimonials_slider] not working on different pages

I am putting the shortcode [testimonials_slider] in different pages but does not work. The pages are for different languages on WPML. Thank you!
Appearing at the bottom in :
https://hostallalluna.es/en/
but not in:
https://hostallalluna.es/fr/
although same shortcode [testimonials_slider] is placed in each page
