    I’ve been using Strong Testimonials for about two years on my website. I have some testimonials that came through just fine, so I know the form and plugin are supposed to work. However, I just received an e-mail from a third person who said they had submitted a testimonial that didn’t come through into the system (I know they didn’t lie to me because they were happy to write me another testimonial and send it through e-mail).

    I had this problem once a few months ago, and now twice in the last month. One time can be a silly mistake, but if it happens three times, I think there’s a systematic issue. When I received this e-mail, I figured I’d test the form. So I filled it out myself and it did pop up in the back-end.

    Note: I have “auto-updates” enabled and am working with the latest versions of WordPress and the plugin.

    At this point I have no idea what to do to fix it and am considering switching to another testimonial manager.

    Unless any of you have an idea how to find and fix the problem?

    I just tried the form 2 times and it seems the testimonials went through. No errors displayed.
    Did you receive both of them on your end?

    Yes, they did! Thanks for checking.

    This only makes me more confused about why some testimonials don’t come through.

    Would it be possible to reach out to the person who tried to leave a review and did not work and ask them to try again and record the screen when doing so?
    It would really help us to debug further.

    I’ve been having a similar problem.

    A bit of troubleshooting has revealed that the problem occurs when someone attempts to submit the form via mobile.

    I.e. the form works perfectly on desktop but does not work on mobile.

    Is this a known bug?
