Testimonials showing published in admin but not visible on site

    I have taken over content management of a site that uses this plugin. I’ve updated the plug in to the latest version and written then published three new testimonials however they aren’t showing on the homepage of the site. Would you be able to advise why this is please? I am unable to actually edit the homepage in admin and the original developer and host has been contacted about this by my client….could this be something to do with it do you think? Thanks for your advice.

    Hi @nadinemansfield,

    I am sorry about the trouble.

    This could be due to any caching mechanism used on the server or in the WordPress which might be showing the old testimonials. Or, it is also possible if something has been hard-coded in the template file used for the homepage.
