Testimonials Section doesn’t work

The testimonials section isn’t showing up for me at all. It appears to have saved the section title, but nothing else.

I am having similar problems, my testimonial section no longer shows. Also I am yet to update my theme because It was said that I will loose all my customization. How can I keep the customization even after updating.
