From what version did you upgrade from?

I do not know what version I upgraded from. I do know that I do updates at least 3 to 5 days a week, so the version before your the update that caused the problem will probably be the lastest version that I had.

Can you please update to 2.12.1? That fixes a memory leak issue.

Is your testimonials a page or a default archive? If page, then please see this FAQ, https://aihrus.zendesk.com/entries/23677292-How-do-I-change-the-testimonials-archive-or-single-view-URL- and change archive to another term.

Did the 2.12.1 update work for you?

I did the update and it is still not correct. If I set you up as a temporary administrator can you you look at it. Thanks

I’ve removed the two “testimonials” entries and restored them to defaults.

Now, your testimonials page of https://www.bookmarketingprofessionals.com/testimonials/ is back.

https://www.bookmarketingprofessionals.com/testimonials-archive/ is the default archive style page for which you’d accidentally renamed with your testimonials page URL.

You’re all set now.
