Testimonials not saved

  • My client says that testimonials his customers are writing do not show up in Testimonial Basics. He’s complained about this several times. I did a test testimonial and it showed up as expected.

    Any information on this?

    I may be a plugin restricting access to the database.

    I would have the user deactivate all plugins except Testimonial Basics and see if it works. Then reactivate one at a time to see if one is causing the problem.
