Testimonial slider fixed size

Sorry to be a pain Chris but one final question and I think after this I have all the info I need to compete the work. I would like to force all the testimonials in a slider to be fixed to the largest testimonial size is the possible ? its because I have some strong testimonials from some celebs but they are about 5 words and when they are showing its reducing the area so small that its loosing the styling on the page.

Any advice appreciated

Just gave the plugin a 5 star review exceptional support and very intuitive plugin that has amazing styling options. This should cost money !!!!!
