Testimonial Rotator not working in WordPress 3.6

Hal,
I cant get my Testimonial Rotator to work in my latest site. I think it may be the newest version of WordPress that is the problem.
I cant get it to work though even without the Genesis framework or the Agency theme: https://webintheworks.com/Coaching2Dream/

I have used it before with that combination and it has worked. I did some checking and it appears to be the newest version of WordPress with which it doesnt work.
I dont see a line of code calling for a the jquery in the header.php of the Genesis theme. There is no header.php in the Agency theme.
I see it in the view source but cant find where its coming from. Any help would be appreciated.
I love the rotator and really want it to work.
