Testimonial list on page stopped working

  • We have a testimonial page on this website with a list of testimonials, using a shortcode. Two weeks ago it was working fine. The code used was testimonial_rotator id=”412″ format=”list” (with square brackets).

    Today I checked, and the view has switched to a grid, which is not what the client had in mind. The code is still the same.

    WordPress has updated to 4.9.8 in the meantime. Genesis 2.6.1, Refined theme.

    Any help you could provide would be most welcome.

    Also, when you click on Read More, the actual testimonial has lost formatting, very much like an excerpt would.

    There are no paragraphs, just one big block of text that goes 75% of the way across the page. I can fix the width, but do not know how to fix the lack of paragraphs.

    Something odd must have happened in a upgrade.

    Your help would definitely be appreciated.
