Testimonial deletion

Image placement icon at the bottom of the page. Trying to delete a blank testimonial entry but cannot.
Placed 3 new entries in today. Problems with saving. sometimes cut and paste of text does not work. Tried 3 times, then had to manually write text before it saved.My primary problem is the deletion of the blank testimonial.
