• I have a testimonial category named “reviews”, in fact it is the only category I’ve created.

While viewing my testimonial categories, if i hover over my category and click view it sends me to this page https://www.carewayclub.com/testimonial-category/reviews/

I have a 404 to 301 plugin that catches all of my 404 errors and redirects them, except this. The breadcrumbs come up as expected, but it says “Nothing Found” and allows a search, utilizing my theme’s 404 template.

This is being picked up by GoogleBot and is quite literally the only 404 coming up. Where should i start to resolve this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @derekakelly

I am able to reproduce this issue as well when I attempt to view by clicking the link on the Edit Testimonial Categories page.

Testimonial Category listings weren’t intended to be viewable on the front end in this manner – they are designed to be listed via shortcode instead. We will look into removing this link from the Testimonial Category page in the admin.

Curious, how is the GoogleBot linking to this page? Do you have a link to it somewhere on your site? You mentioned getting there from the Dashboard. Is this showing up in a sitemap on your website or something?

    Best,
    Richard
