Test works but site does not

We are using the WOffice.io theme and that uses a custom login page. Should this work out the box with a custom login page? I’m not seeing anything on there about [login using SSO] or whatever that message was when I tested it.

Question is, do I need to do something inside the theme to get this to work? My test login seems to be in good shape.
