Test URLs are saying page not cached, but support claims they are

    I’ve gone back and forth with siteground support and at this point I’m unsure if the dynamic cache is already working on our cloud server. When I test within the admin panel it says it is not cached, and when I run speed tests the TTFB seems high. Support claims it’s working. Can you verify it for me please?
