    Hi, is there a way to test if Google conversion tracking is working? My conversion in Google ads says 0 which is at doubt. Thanks, Frank

    Hi @perlfan,

    It looks like there might have a conflict on your site. So, this will need to check if that is coming from any other plugin.

    Please make sure that you’ve already done the conflict test. If you haven’t yet, please follow the below procedures for testing purposes.

    • Please deactivate all plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Conversion Tracking.
    • Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try the process again.

      • If you are still having the problem, then kindly contact us through the website for further investigation.

    Hi – but what if there have been 0 conversions? Isn’t there a way to test the functionality? To test if Google is tracking conversions?

    It seems there is a misconfiguration on your website. I recommend you, please configure the Google Ads Conversion Tracking for WooCommerce feature following this documentation.
