Test Tab not visible, other tabs are visible

Using 1.1.8 ADI on a WP 4.4 Multisite. I have installed this before at another firm and remember the Test Tab. On this installation I do not have a Test Tab for insert a username and password. I see it on the screen shot still and think it should be there. Anyone else seen this?
