Test Site Sending Virus Warnings

I created a clone of my website in GoDaddy so I could have a test site. Ever since I created the cloned site in GoDaddy, I have been receiving virus warning emails. I have run malware scans and made sure the site and all plugins are up to date. As far as I can tell, there is no malware on the test site because the live site does not send any warnings.

Is this a WordPress issue or a GoDaddy? Does anyone know how to stop this?
