Test Result won't come out

  • Hi

    I wanna ask about the test result. i make one test and when i tried to get the result, the page not found came out. even when i tried the demo test or the EPI test ( the default one ) the result still the same. page not found althought in the EPI test case, there’s the record of it on the respondent section.

    Hi @jipan!

    It looks like some other theme/plugin, that touches URL structure is involved.

    * Try to switch to standard theme and open those test results (from admin area to avoid filling them each time)
    * Try to disable other plugins and check if result page will open. If it will — then enable other plugins one-by-one and see when it becomes broken
