test payments not visible in stripe

    Hi, we succesfully connected our website to Stripe with WP Simple Pay in testmode, test payments are processed, and afterward the user is redirected to the Payment Confirmation page, but test payments don’t show up in the Stripe payments overview with option “viewing test data” activated. Any idea what can be wrong?

    Hello @anitanijman

    When you have “Viewing test data” toggled does the Stripe dashboard reflect the correct gross volume and other stats?

    Are you sure you are viewing the same account that WP Simple Pay is linked to? You can verify which account WP Simple Pay is sending data to in “Simple Pay Lite > Settings”
