I have my stripe in test mode but test mode isn’t working. Test mode in checkout normally says “Test Mode is Enabled” but mine doesn’t say this.

When I use a test credit card #, I get this error

“No such customer: ‘cus_JeLLpyp3voDK8B’; a similar object exists in live mode, but a test mode key was used to make this request.”

So, I can’t figure out how to test my Stripe payments on this site.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @hsparg,

    1. My plugin doesn’t display a “Test Mode is Enabled” message so make sure you’re using my plugin and not another Stripe plugin.

    2. You’re site is behind a “Sorry, we’re doing some work on the site” banner so the shop can’t be accessed.

    3. The answer to 3 is simple if you’re in fact using my plugin. Please confirm you are using Stripe for WooCommerce then we can proceed.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello @mrclayton

Yes, I am using the plugin Stripe for WooCommerce by Payment Plugins. And sorry about the construction page. I have it where you can view the page now. Thank you for your help!

    Hi @hsparg,

The construction page is still preventing me from accessing the website.

To resolve the No such customer: cus_JeLLpyp3voDK8B error, go to your Edit Profile page in the WordPress Admin and remove the customer ID then click save. That will force the plugin to create a new user.

Wow, that ended up working! Thank you ??

Sorry about the construction page, I took it off but it’s not my website and didn’t know if I was allowed to, plus wasn’t sure if you respond to inquires over the weekend. Would totally understand if you didn’t. Thank you again, much appreciated.
