Test mode disabled but payments don’t work – It says test mode still

Sorry that you are having issues getting out of test mode. I’m sure you’re not doing anything wrong – as long as you are clicking “Save Changes” after switching modes.

Are you able to post the contents of Simple Pay Lite > System Report? Please redact your “Home URL” and “Site URL” if you do not want them visible. That may help troubleshoot some other issue.

Could please try deactivating these plugins which might be causing a conflict since they are both Stripe related and/or have Stripe add-ons:

Please deactivate the plugins, clear your cache and try again.

Thank you for your help. I desactivated the plugins and clear the cache but the same problem is still happening.
Even though it says “live mode”, when I try as a website visitor to click on the button it doesn’t work. When I am connected it works but says “test mode”.

Disconnecting and then reconnecting from Stripe in each mode (Test and Live) seems to do the trick ??
