Test Message works, WooCommerce doesn’t

I have configured the settings and am able to send a test email without issues.
However my WooCommerce emails are not coming through.Did I miss something in a setup somewhere?

Update – I found that I did get all the proper notifications on a sale (one to the customer, 2 to the shop email account). However the function of resetting password does not send the specified email even though the log indicates the mail was sent. I will focus on that element of WooCommerce but any input is appreciated
