• I have configured the settings and am able to send a test email without issues.
However my WooCommerce emails are not coming through.

Did I miss something in a setup somewhere?

    Thanks

Update – I found that I did get all the proper notifications on a sale (one to the customer, 2 to the shop email account). However the function of resetting password does not send the specified email even though the log indicates the mail was sent. I will focus on that element of WooCommerce but any input is appreciated

  • Hi, did you check the spam box? Which contact form are you using? Who is your host?

    Thank you

    Checked Spam/Junk.
This is WooCommerce emails – not a form (however WP Forms work fine.) All the WooCommerce mails work except for password reset link as far as I know.

I’m using the mail host provided by my site host. It also handles my admin emails just fine.

    Hi,

Something in your site is blocking the password reset email. Our plugin can’t be blocking the password reset feature. The reason why I am saying this is because if it was, then no other email would be going through.

Do a plugin conflict test. This might reveal the issue.

    Kind regards

    Thanks for that.

I’ll see what I can figure out.

    Cheers
