• I’m setting up your plugin on my web site and am having a problem in that I received the test messages (using the test feature on the Tools tab) but when I fill the form out on my web site (using a different e-mail address for the sender), I am not receiving messages. I am using an e-mail address that I set up with Google Apps. I use your plugin on another web site I have with the same theme and it seems to be working fine.

Here is the link to my web page with the form that isn’t working: https://buncogals.com/contact-us/

  • Hi, are the form settings on both sites identical? If they are then there must be a conflict with maybe a plugin on the site you are having problems with the form.

Yes, the settings are exactly the same (except for the e-mail address of course). I wondered if it might be a plugin conflict but the new web site hardly has any plugins on it -just the basics like Akismet, etc. – and there aren’t any plugins installed that I don’t have installed on my other web site. I’m wondering if it’s due to the e-mail being set up through Google (even though the test works fine) or something going on with my web host (both sites use the same hosting company though, and it’s working quick on my other web site). This is very puzzling.

Hi, please read through the following troubleshooting tips first. Do you receive any error messages? Check your sever log files.

If none of the above helps you, perhaps you should speak to your host about this issue.

I only have one e-mail address for my domain name. I will contact my web host since I’m using Google Apps mail.

Okay, thank you for replying back. Please keep me posted with this issue.

    Kind regards
