Test mail sent but not review email

    I’ve installed the plugin and subscribed to the cr site, I can send test emails and they get to my mailbox without a problem, I made a purchase completed the order and clicked on the send review now button, the email never got to my mailbox or to spam folder or anything. Can you help me?

    Can you please try to send a review reminder manually from WooCommerce Orders page? Please let me know if it will work.

    when checking my orders I got this:

    No reminders sent;
    A reminder is scheduled for January 1, 1970, 12:00 am.

    check at the time and date, also the time and date of my store are correct

    Can you please try clicking on the “Envelope” icon and check if a reminder will be sent?
