Test emails sending but campaign emails hanging

    I am trying to send email campaigns but I just get the message “Your emails are sending right now….?“. The test emails go through OK. I have installed FluentSMTP and am using Sendinblue as the email provider.

    On site health check I see –

    The REST API is one way that WordPress and other applications communicate with the server. For example, the block editor screen relies on the REST API to display and save your posts and pages.

    When testing the REST API, an error was encountered:

    REST API Endpoint: https://www.allwessex.laurahunterdesign.co.uk/wp-json/wp/v2/types/post?context=edit
    REST API Response: (http_request_failed) cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: https://www.allwessex.laurahunterdesign.co.uk

    Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.

    The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them are not currently working as expected.
    Error: cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: https://www.allwessex.laurahunterdesign.co.uk (http_request_failed)

    If I need to change settings on the hosting, can you advise me what needs to be changed (using cpanel)

  • Hi @laurahunter,

    It seems like there is an issue with the Rest API on your site. FluentCRM uses RestAPI so please check with your hosting regarding the issue and make sure the RestAPI isn’t blocked on your server. Also, if you have any server side firewalls set, try disabling that and then test again.
