Test Emails Not Sending

Hi,
I just installed the plugin and I can’t get any test emails to send.
It says they have sent but they have not.
I’ve tried other newsletter plugins and they send but this one does now.
I’ve tried changing the encoding etc but no luck.
Any ideas?
