Test email template

Dear developers,

i wrote a review and allready asked this question. If you find this wrong, I will understand if you delete this topic: where is test mail template stored? I would like to use it for my custom emails if you would be so kind and point me in right direction. It is simple and effective template. I would copy the template and just edit few elements to make it usefull for all my site emails?
